OUR CORE VALUES

Intelligent – We make the right choices
Thinking about what people need from their critical police, health, housing and government services and finding opportunities to serve them better is what we do.
We collaborate with our customers and each other to create smart systems that are easy to use and people trust to deliver what they need. In the process, we manage risk for our customers, protecting their time, money and reputation.
Our software and data management has to continuously evolve. We know when a stable, tried and tested approach to change and improvement is essential. But we also know when to apply agile, to deliver critical innovation successfully, for our customers and our company, in fast timescales.

Involved – Our enthusiasm creates energy
Everything we do is in response to our customers’ needs and expectations, and those of the people they serve.
We are fully involved in their challenges, asking questions, presenting ideas, and delivering solutions that help them serve their customers better.
We equally engage with each other, listening to ideas, innovations and requirements, and making sure we play an active role in our teams.
We are closely involved with what our business is trying to achieve and maximise the use of our talents for the success of our company.

Innovative – we always ask what’s next
We never stand still because we’re motivated by the opportunities ahead, proactively analysing the status quo and defining what needs to improve.
We take the lead with our customers guiding them towards even better solutions to their challenges.
We encourage each other to go the extra mile, to push ourselves as a team to always deliver our best.
We’re bold about the goals we set because we know raising the bar, raises our game, which attracts customers, partners and talent to NPS. And that will help us grow.

Please note due to the awesome work we do with the emergency services all employees must go through police vetting; this means we cannot accept applicants that do not have the last 3 years continuous residency in the UK. We cannot offer visa sponsorship.
