British APCO signs new contract for BAPCO 'Show'

President John Anthony looks on as Ed Tranter (MAX) and Ian Thompson (BAPCO) sign the new contract.

British APCO and Mark Allen Exhibitions (MAX) have signed a new three year contract to deliver the BAPCO Annual Conference & Exhibition, otherwise known as the BAPCO Show.  This latest contract extends the current succesful partnership until 2022.

This year's event took place at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry in March and was the most succesful yet with two days of presentations and exhibition visited by nearly 2,000 delegates.  During the event, BAPCO President John Anthony announced that BAPCO 2019 will host Critical Communications Europe, part of the TCCA's Critical Communications Series.

After the signing John said: "We are very pleased to extend our partnership with Mark Allen Exhibitions for another three years.  It's great to have a professional partner who understands the industry and can work with us to make our event even better for members, delegates and exhibitors."

BAPCO CEO, Ian Thompson said: "I'm looking forward to continuing our work with the team from MAX.  With their help, the BAPCO event improves each year and remains the leading event in the UK for Public Safety Technology and Critical Communications."

Ian went on to say."Our recent joint announcement with the TCCA to host their Critical Communications Europe (CCE) event at BAPCO 2019 proves how important the BAPCO event is, not just to the UK but beyond."
