Tracy Pemberton

Trustee

Tracy retired as Senior Officer in Hertfordshire Constabulary in 2023 where she worked predominantly in Serious and Organised Crime throughout her career.

She ended her career working across the seven forces in the eastern region where she established a successful track record of leading and delivering highly complex, strategic change programmes, effectively managing risk to drive business transformation and digital innovation.

Tracy has now embarked on a "new" career - joining the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) as the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Committee Co‑ordinator in April 2026.  This followed a successful period as a Programme Director at the Police Digital Service (PDS), where Tracy led three nationally significant digital transformation programmes from inception: the Digital Landscape Reform Programme (DLRP), the National Firearms Licensing Management System (NFLMS) modernisation, and the Asset Recovery IT (ARIT) transformation.
