APCO International is seeking comments on candidate American National Standard (ANS) 2.106.1-201x, which addresses site-hardening requirements for public-safety grade sites.
“This standard represents the requirements necessary to make mission-critical communications network sites sufficiently robust to meet the service availability requirements of public safety,” said APCO International President Holly Wayt.
This is the second time APCO has requested comment on the standard.
